The Role
You’ll work alongside a crew running daily routes across residential and light commercial properties in Westmoreland and Allegheny County. You’re here to learn the work, do it right, and grow with us. This isn’t a temporary summer job — it’s a full-season position with a clear path to Crew Lead.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Landscape maintenance and projects
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Christmas light installation (yes, roofs and ladders are involved)
- General exterior property services
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial equipment
- Support daily route execution alongside your crew lead
- Maintain quality standards on every job
- Greet customers when appropriate
- Place yard signs and leave review/referral cards
- Track job completion and report any issues
- Maintain clean, organized truck and equipment
Expectations
- Hit daily production goals and stay on schedule
- Maintain high-quality work standards
- Show up on time, ready to work
- Take direction well and communicate clearly

Compensation & Growth
- $20/hour starting pay
- Overtime available
- Performance bonuses based on:
- Route efficiency
- Quality control
- Customer satisfaction
- Clear path to grow into a Crew Lead role as the company expands
- Uniform shirts and equipment are provided. Work boots and pants are employee responsibility.
Requirements
- Ability to follow direction and work well on a team
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders and roofs required)
Experience
- Lawn care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Landscaping or exterior cleaning: any experience a plus
Bonus Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or exterior cleaning experience
- Experience working on a crew
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
